The President's Luncheon is a semi-formal event open to all CATESOL attendees. The cost is $50 and dress is business casual. Select your main course when you register for the conference.

MENU OPTIONS

Option 1: Salmon 

  • Spring Salad (with Cherry Tomatoes, Watermelon Radish, Cucumber Ribbons, Carrot, Balsamic Dressing)

  • Grilled Skuna Bay Salmon

  • Meyer Lemon Risotto, Sautéed Rainbow Chard, Market Vegetables, Pinot Noir Sauce

 

Option 2: Vegetarian

  • Spring Salad (with Cherry Tomatoes, Watermelon Radish, Cucumber Ribbons, Carrot, Balsamic Dressing)

  • Herb Crusted Tofu

  • Royal Trumpet Mushrooms, Aromatic Quinoa Pilaf, Tomato Confit, Heirloom Carrots, Sundried Tomato Tapenade

 

Option 3: Chicken

  • Spring Salad (with Cherry Tomatoes, Watermelon Radish, Cucumber Ribbons, Carrot, Balsamic Dressing)

  • Prosciutto-Wrapped Roasted Free Range Breast of Chicken

  • Boursin Stuffing, Crispy Prosciutto, Mascarpone Whipped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Herb Chicken Jus


All meals come with:  

  • Dessert:  Chocolate Raspberry Marquis (Chocolate Raspberry Mousse, Chocolate Cake, California Berries)

  • Freshly Brewed Coffee, Assorted Hot Herbal Tea, Decaffeinated Coffee and Iced Tea.
